What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise physiology is an allied health profession that uses clinical exercise as medicine. Our accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) design, deliver and supervise tailored exercise programs to prevent and manage a wide range of chronic health conditions, mental health conditions, injuries and disabilities.

Unlike general personal training, exercise physiology is a clinically supervised service with Medicare and private health fund rebates available. Our EPs work closely with your GP, specialists and other allied health professionals to ensure your exercise program supports your overall treatment plan.
